Alexandra Junkin, Esquire joined Raffaele Puppio in 2016 and became an associate of the firm in January 2017. She represents clients in all family law matters including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and Protection from Abuse.
Alex graduated from The George Washington University in 2013 with a major in Archaeology and a minor in Criminal Justice. She then attended Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate and the Leonard Levin Memorial Award.
While attending Villanova Law School, Alex first interned in the office of the Delaware County District Attorney. She assisted Assistant District Attorney Mary Mann in the prosecution of an attempted murder trial. She also aided ADA Mann in Veterans Court proceedings and Mental Health Court proceedings.
After this broad introduction to the law, Alex began to focus her interest in family law through an internship with the Honorable Barry C. Dozor. While interning for Judge Dozor, Alex conducted research, drafted orders and opinions, and observed trials, pre-trial conferences, family law hearings, and Protection from Abuse hearings.
In 2016, Alex accepted an internship at Raffaele Puppio, where she gained firsthand experience at observing family law from a litigation perspective while assisting in preparation for trials, family law hearings, and drafting pleadings and discovery.
