Pennsylvania Special Education Attorney to Speak at Lehigh University Special Ed Law Symposium

Pennsylvania special education lawyer Gabrielle C. Goham, of Delaware County full-service law firm Raffaele Puppio, will speak at Lehigh University's 2016 Special Education Law Symposium. Goham will co-present two sessions, one entitled “FAPE: The Threshold Guarantee,” and another entitled “Section 504: The Current Hot Spots.” That session will explore current applications of Section 504 to students on 504 plans and IEPs, including, for example, those with diabetes, those with service animals, those subject to bullying, and those with concussions.
